FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to book accommodation?

Not at all. You are welcome to bring your own tent. A camping pitch is included with your All-Inclusive Weekend Ticket.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major debit and credit cards via our online booking system. Cash is also encouraged for on-site purchases. If you need help with your booking, contact us at enquiries@thewellnesswayfestival.com.

Do I have to stick to the programme?

Nope! This is your journey. The schedule is designed to give you flexibility. Join what resonates and take breaks as you need.

If you’re new to The Wellness Way Festival, we suggest picking one workshop in the morning and one in the afternoon to ease into your experience. Our Wellness Guides and facilitators are happy to help you choose sessions that suit your vibe.

Can I bring my children?

Yes! We welcome all members of our Tiny Tribes (ages 2–14).

Our children’s programme is designed to inspire creativity, build confidence, and connect young hearts with nature. Activities may include Forest School, Nature Crafts, Storytelling, Mindfulness, Movement, and more. Many sessions are family-friendly, and there are also dedicated workshops just for Tiny Tribes to allow parents time to explore adult sessions.

I'm pregnant. Can I participate in classes?

Absolutely. Just let the workshop facilitator know beforehand so they can offer any needed adjustments for your comfort and safety.
