Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to all bookings made for The Wellness Way Festival ("the Event"), taking place at Wasing Woods, Wasing Park Estate, Berkshire, RG7 4LY ("the Venue"), and are issued by Lux Bellator Ltd ("the Organiser").
By purchasing a ticket, attending the Event, or making a booking in connection with the Event, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
1. General
1.1. Tickets are sold by Lux Bellator Ltd, the Event Organiser.
1.2. These T&Cs are governed by English law and any disputes arising under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
2. Tickets and Entry
2.1. A valid ticket must be produced to gain entry to the Event. Removing, tampering with, or defacing wristbands will invalidate them.
2.2. All persons attending the Event, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket.
2.3. Tickets must be checked at the time of purchase. Errors cannot be rectified at a later date.
2.4. Tickets remain the property of the Organiser and may be revoked at any time.
2.5. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or eject ticket holders for unreasonable behaviour, damage to property, or non-compliance with these T&Cs.
3. Security and Searches
3.1. All attendees may be subject to security checks upon entry. The Organiser reserves the right to conduct bag searches or personal searches as a condition of entry.
3.2. Any person refusing to comply with security protocols will be denied entry or removed from the site.
4. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellation
4.1. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given unless the Event is cancelled.
4.2. In the event of cancellation (and only in that case), the Organiser’s sole obligation shall be to offer either:
a full refund of the face value of the ticket, or
a rollover to a rescheduled or future event.
4.3. No refunds will be issued due to adverse weather conditions or changes to the programme.
4.4. Accommodation bookings (including glamping, camping upgrades, or any package options) are strictly non-refundable.
5. Liability and Risk
5.1. Entry is at your own risk. The Organiser, Venue, and their staff or contractors accept no liability for loss, injury, or damage sustained at the Event, except in the case of negligence.
5.2. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss or theft of personal belongings on-site.
5.3. You are responsible for your own health and safety and must comply with all safety signage and steward instructions.
6. Programme and Line-up
6.1. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, performances, speakers, activities, or location due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
7. Media and Filming
7.1. By attending the Event, you consent to your likeness (whether actual or simulated) being used in any future promotional, marketing, or broadcast material, including photography, video, or livestream.
7.2. This includes surveillance or security filming, which may be undertaken for public safety purposes.
8. Site Rules and Prohibited Items
8.1. Strictly no glass, illegal substances, nitrous oxide, fireworks, or paper lanterns are permitted on-site.
8.2. Open fires, generators, or amplified sound systems (outside of official festival programming) are not permitted.
8.3. Dogs and other pets are not allowed on-site, with the exception of registered guide or assistance dogs.
8.4. Please respect the environment and dispose of waste responsibly using designated bins.
9. Accessibility
9.1. The Organiser aims to make the Event as accessible as possible. If you have access requirements, you must notify the Organiser at the time of booking or as early as possible via email.
10. Privacy and Data
10.1. We do not store credit card details nor do we share personal data with third parties, unless required by law or for essential Event operations (e.g., wristband fulfilment).
10.2. Your email may be used to contact you regarding important updates about your booking or Event information.
11. Acceptance of Terms
11.1. Possession of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.
11.2. Breach of these T&Cs may result in the cancellation of the ticket, refusal of entry, or ejection without refund.
